What's That?!

Posted: 2009-02-18

I know what you're thinking: "So Chris has finally posted something on that website nobody ever looks at anymore. Big hurrah."

But there's something different this time around. In the lower right corner. Something's been changed. Is that...why, yes it is! A Twitter badge! But didn't Chris say he'd never use a single javascript on this entire page? That it had to be all server-side and never dependent on a technology someone can easily turn off in their browser settings?

The short version is: I sold out.

The long version is: I sold out because it's easy and I'm tired of re-inventing the wheel. Now, I can't promise that at some point in the future I won't think of and invent a fantastic and totally unique way of managing my content online only to find out that someone else already beat me to it months ahead of time. But for the time being, I'm perfectly content using a combination of TwitterFon and Mobile Fotos for all that good stuff. Thanks if you've read this far and I get the sneaking suspicion I'll be writing more soon. Ciao.
